In 2010, Fuzhou Emean Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Fuzhou.
In 2016, Fujian Epos Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Fu'an City.
In 2017, a new factory building of more than 8000 square meters was completed and officially put into use in Tiehu Industrial Zone, Fu'an City.
In 2021, the subsidiary Fujian Epos Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Ningde City, Fujian Province.
In 2022, the second plant area of Tiehu Industrial Zone began to be put into use.
In Oct, 2022, Fujian Epos Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully won a piece of land in Tiehu Industrial Zone transferred by the Fu'an Municipal Government through auction. It plans to build a third factory area of more than 10,000 square meters and put it into use in 2024.
In 2024, EMEAN POWER Philippines branch was established.
In 2024, Fujian Epos Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. established an overseas office in the Philippines and set up a warehouse in the Philippines.
